 To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for you, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions. 

The estimated project completion time provided during the negotiation is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or unexpected project complexities. We will strive to complete the project within the estimated time frame but cannot guarantee an exact date.

Our quote specifically covers the rooms and areas mentioned in the proposal. If you want to expand the project, please consult with our sales agent or project manager the additional charge, and work will commence once any extra charges are approved.

While we base our quote on the information you provide, unforeseen damages or circumstances identified by our supervisor or painting team may result in an additional charge. All the details will be informed to you and we only proceed if you agree with the extra charge.

For occupied properties, the client must ensure the safety and comfort of occupants, especially pets and children, during the painting process. We will make efforts to minimize disruptions, but some inconveniences are unavoidable.

The client must relocate or secure all personal belongings and delicate items within the painting work areas. We will take precautions to take care of the elements, objects, and furniture in the area, but we will not take responsibility for valuable objects that are not properly secured prior to the start of the project.

By submitting a 50% deposit, you acknowledge and accept our service terms and conditions.- Your service is confirmed only after the 50% payment process is completed. 

Adequate ventilation is essential during and after the painting process. The client should ensure proper ventilation in the painted areas. 

The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary approvals, permits, or permissions are obtained before the project begins.. It is important that you provide specific instructions for accessing and departing your property, which must be provided to our sales agent or project manager for coordination. 

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration.

•  If you want to change the assigned team, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, if we cannot assign another team and you choose not to proceed, it will be treated as a cancellation under our policy.

•  After project completion, you have the option to request a warranty process (please note that we do not provide price discounts) warranty requests must be made within 2 days after the service's completion. If you decide to cancel the project BEFORE completion, the cancellation policy will apply. 

Your quote includes three Sherwin Williams paint colors: one for walls (if included), one for ceilings (if included), and one for trim (if applicable). These will incur extra charges if you desire additional colors or brands such as Benjamin Moore, Behr, or Valspar.

•  To maintain a consistent finish, any paints you choose must be from the same brand (Sherwin Williams, Behr, Benjamin Moore, Valspar, etc.). 

•  If you opt to purchase the paint yourself, please note that we are not responsible for determining quantities or handling leftover paint. 

• To avoid fees, The client must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled project start time in the event of a cancellation.
• Cancellations with shorter notice or upon our team's arrival will incur a refund and cancellation fee to compensate our team for their time and effort in reaching your location:
• If the client does not adhere to the 24-hour notice requirement before the project's start time, the following charges will apply:
• Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the project start: A fee equivalent to 20% of the total estimated project cost will be applied.
• Cancellations after the project has commenced or without prior notice: The client will be responsible for 50% of the total estimated project cost, in addition to any incurred material expenses or costs up to the cancellation date.
• Cancellations should be communicated in writing, preferably via email or text message, and must be received by our company with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the project's start time.

It is important for you to fully comprehend and accept our cancellation policy before commencing your residential painting project. This policy enables us to effectively manage our resources and provide you with quality service.
